PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING THOROUGHLY BEFORE BOOKING

If you show up to your appointment and are required to reschedule due to being unaware of these policies, you will forfeit your deposit and be required to pay another deposit to rebook.

UNQUALIFIED CANDIDATES:

Anyone under the age of 18. A valid ID is required.

Pregnant or nursing

Heart problems / pacemaker dependents

Use of Accutane within the last year

History of cancer – doctors note required

Viral infections

Skin irritations in or near the procedure area (acne counts)

Uncontrolled Thyroid problems

FOR LIP BLUSH APPOINTMENTS - If you have a history of cold sores (even if you have only had one in the past) you MUST have a doctor prescribe you an antiviral medication (Aciclovir or Valtrex) and you MUST begin taking this medication the day before your scheduled appointment, the day of your appointment, and for 5 days following your appointment. I will not preform this service on you if you have a history of cold sores and choose to opt out of the antiviral medication.

FOR EYELINER APPOINTMENTS (Please send pictures of your eyes before booking)- You cannot receive this service with lash strips or artificial eyelash extensions on. Avoid ALL EYELASH serums or using any chemical product on or around your eyelids for at least 30 days before your appointment. These products sensitize your skin and can lead to a more painful procedure as well as poor healed results.

THINGS YOU MUST AVOID PRIOR TO ALL PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES:

For 48 hours: Aspirin, Ibuprofen, caffeine, alcohol, fish oil, Vitamin E supplements

For 1 week: any blood thinning medications or antibiotics

For 2 weeks: tanning beds, waxing, spray tanning, brow tinting, Botox

For 30 days: Facial products containing Retin-A / Retinol, eyelash serums or eyelash extensions (for eyeliner appointments only)

PLANNING GOOD TIMING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

New sessions typically take anywhere from 2.5-3 hours.

Touch ups typically take anywhere from 1.5-2.5 hours.

I do not recommend getting any Permanent Makeup service right before a scheduled vacation – water, sweat, and exposure to the sun are not good for your fresh tattoo.

TOUCH UPS:

After your initial session, it is necessary to come in for your touch up anywhere between 8-12 weeks. After 12 weeks, it will be considered a 6 month touch up and you will be charged accordingly.

After that, I recommend once every 18-24 months for brows | once every 2-3 years for lips | once every 3-5 years for eyeliner.

PREVIOUS BROW TATTOO / COVER UP WORK:

If you have had your brows done by another artist, you MUST send photos via email of the area prior to booking. I will not take on any cover ups I don’t feel comfortable with. Please send CLEAR photos to microbladingandco@gmail.com

*If you have old PMU from another artist and book a brow appointment without sending photos, your retainer fee will be a forfeit.

DEPOSITS / CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING:

You will be required to pay a $200 NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee to hold your appointment.

Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your appointment altogether, your retainer fee will not be refunded under any circumstance. Please be sure prior to scheduling your appointment and paying your retainer fee.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment one time with no consequences as long as you give *at least* a 48 hour notice. Anything after that, you will forfeit your retainer fee and you will be required to pay another retainer fee in order to reschedule.

No shows: If you do not show up to your appointment without any notice, you automatically forfeit your retainer fee and will be required to pay another $200 retainer fee in order to reschedule.
